AI content and product-image policy
Creative assistance with a clear obligation to represent the actual product honestly.
1. Your source material
Use images and other material you own or are authorised to use. The photo should represent the product being sold. Obtain any necessary permission for identifiable people, locations, trademarks or third-party work. Keep confidential and unrelated personal information out of the upload.
2. Review before publication
The seller is responsible for checking the photos and descriptions it supplies or chooses to publish, including AI-generated results. Verify colour, shape, materials, dimensions, labels, quantity, accessories and other details that matter to a purchasing decision.
Do not invent product features, certifications or included items, hide defects, or create a misleading impression of scale or performance. An AI label does not make a misleading product image acceptable under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. What the tool does not establish
CartArchitect cannot inspect the physical goods from a generated image. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or non-exclusive. Review and reject unsuitable output rather than treating generation as product verification, professional advice or a guarantee of intellectual-property rights.
4. Provider processing and publication choices
The requested AI workflow sends relevant source material and instructions to OpenAI as the configured AI provider. A generated candidate is not automatically a published product photograph; the seller must make an explicit review decision.
5. Responsibility and correction
If published content is inaccurate, remove or correct it promptly and address affected customers' rights. Seller responsibility does not exclude CartArchitect's own non-excludable duties or liability. These terms do not promise blanket immunity to the platform or remove a customer's statutory remedy.
